Tom Connolly has over 25 years of professional experience. Tom was a founding member of the senior executive team at XPO logistics where he was focused on growth strategy and was the lead M&A executive. He was responsible for the company's acquisition-related growth including the sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing of acquisitions. During his tenure, XPO completed 17 acquisitions with combined enterprise value in excess of $8 billion and grew from $177 million in revenue and $10 million in EBITDA to over $15 billion and over $1.2 billion of revenue and EBITDA, respectively. XPO was ranked the fastest growing Fortune 500 company in 2015 and 2016. Prior to XPO, Tom was a managing director at EVE Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on the transportation and logistics sector.
