Kent Renner has 25 years of professional experience. Kent was a founding member of the senior executive team at XPO logistics where he led various finance functions including financial reporting, tax, treasury and internal audit. Kent was actively involved in the diligence and integration of each acquisition and led a global team of 1,600 people. During his tenure, XPO completed 17 acquisitions with combined enterprise value in excess of $8 billion and grew from $177 million in revenue and $10 million in EBITDA to over $15 billion and over $1.2 billion of revenue and EBITDA, respectively. XPO was ranked the fastest growing Fortune 500 company in 2015 and 2016. Prior to XPO, Kent held various executive roles at GE, Home Depot and PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant.
